Lake Naivasha Resort, Naivasha

I had a mixed experience at the resort spa. The conference facilities were impressive, and some staff were very welcoming, making the atmosphere friendly. However, the service could use significant improvement, as it was quite slow and unprofessional at times. The dining options lacked variety, which was disappointing given the venue's high standards.
